Our welding department contains a wide variety of welding procedures including mig, tig and spot welding. We have the capability to handle virtually any size job from smaller parts to large weld in steel, stainless steel, aluminum as well as more exotic metals. With highly experience and skilled team our craftsmen are complemented by modern equipment that enables them to consistently produce the highest quality weld and assemblies which are cost effective and on time.
EXAMPLES OF FEW WELDING PROCESSES WE CARRY OUT GAS METAL ARC WELDING or ARC WELDING
is a type of semi-automatic/automatic process that uses a continuous wire feed where the electrode is fed to the weld via the welding handgun. MIG welding is comparatively a faster type of welding and capable to weld many metals of different thicknesses with fewer human error elements.
GAS METAL MIG WELDING or MIG WELDING
is a manual welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld. This type of welding is used for many types of metals, as well as alloys, especially for welding thin materials. It is a state of art welding known for its precise and stable arc providing customers with high quality and clean welds.
GAS METAL TIG WELDING or TIG WELDING
WELDING is a type of welding that uses electric current to strike an arc between the material and consumable electrode. This process is more versatile and relatively inexpensive option for the customers, more suited for field works. Arc welding is generally limited to ferrous materials.
